June Trailer!
Hello dear friends!
The trailer for the Falgor Lizardlings is finally here!🦎

After last year's release of the larger and more brutal Falgor Lizardmen, I wanted to explore another side of the same faction.
The Lizardlings are smaller, lighter, and far more agile than their larger kin.
While the Lizardmen rely on brute strength, these little predators survive through speed and cunning.

Sculpting them was a lot of fun, expecially when I started the hroes!
For the heroes, I wanted to go in two completely different directions.
Khazi Me'Vees was designed around agility and ambiguity. I wanted him to feel like a true predator of the swamp, a creature that could be watching you from the branches above without ever being noticed. I wanted him to sport a crazy cloak to make his look even more distinctive, I believe it definitely work with his super-hero pose!

Skeel & Drik, on the other hand, were born from a joke that has followed Artisan Guild for years.
Between the endless "Lizardmen in a trenchcoat" and "Kobolds in a trenchcoat" comments from the community, I eventually decided to embrace the idea and create something inspired by it. Rather than making a joke character, I turned them into Beast Agitators, strange little handlers responsible for guiding and provoking the many wyverns that share the swamps of Falgor with the Lizardmen. They quickly became one of my favourite miniatures of the set.

As for the pinup, things become a lot more complicated whenever we're not dealing with humanoids, especially when scales are involved!
Lizardmen always seem to spark endless debates whenever female characters are concerned. Should they have human-like features, or not? Personally, I don't think there is a correct answer. After all, we're talking about creatures that walk upright, wield swords and blowpipes, and probably couldn't even use a blowpipe without some sort of lips!
So, to have a little fun with the debate, meet Liska, Egg Huntress. She is running away while carrying a pair of large eggs... or perhaps they are not quite eggs after all, because she comes in two versions.

As always, thank you for all the ideas, feedback, and inspiration you share every month. Sometimes the best miniatures start from a random comment on Discord.

I hope you'll enjoy the trailer!
Cheers,
Andrea
